Alcoholics Anonymous

There is lots of evidence - and we see it in practice - that peer supported recovery is the most effective way to kick an alcohol habit. Alcoholics Anonymous is the most well known of the peer supported recovery programmes. For many, it is not just the alcohol that needs to go. With it must come a complete change of daily routine. Old habits die hard as they say! Learn from others that have been there and done it. The AAs sponsor system facilitates this. To find a local group click on the image or follow this link.
