In order to better reflect the skills and knowledge of our practice team have we reviewed a number of Job Descriptions and as a result we have a retitled a number of roles: Our ‘nursing team’ will continue to provide excellent clinical care and where they have specialist training, for instance diabetes, this will be added to their title and they will be known as a Nurse Specialist. The traditional ‘reception team’ will now be known as The Care Navigator Team,  as before,  they are here to support you in finding the right service,  with the right person at the right time.
