Treatment for travel and holidays is not provided on the NHS.
The Pioneer Medical Group does not currently provide a travel service. If you wish to access malaria tablets or travel vaccines you will need to find a private service provider. Some GPs practices offer this service privately otherwise there are numerous travel clinics in Bristol you can access. Click on the image for more detailed information.
Health protection scotland provide a good, free information site called FitForTravel if you need general travel advice.
If you are planning a longer trip, then the NHS will supply your 'usual medications' such (e.g. blood pressure treatments) for 3 months. If you are travelling longer than this then medications will need to be accessed in your destination country.
