Health and Wellbeing Coaching for you could be 6 one-to-one sessions to set your aims, break them down into a series of smaller goals, and to find the resources and motivation you need to become more actively engaged with improving your health & wellbeing.

People may want to lower their weight, or work on different eating goals to support various life challenges. We can find changes in lifestyle that are realistic and long lasting. Becoming more active Increasing activity can help improve quality of life, health, and wellbeing. However, this has become more difficult with the rise of desk jobs, car transport, and sedentary activities. Health coaching can help clients to look at increasing activity in their life.
